SHIPPING

Shipping is standard ground unless another method is chosen at checkout. Smaller items will be shipped with USPS First Class mail, while larger items will be shipped via UPS or other large item carrier ,or USPS Parcel Post. Free Shipping is delivered only by ground service to the 48 states, all other services and destinations are charged accordingly. Free Shipping is not to be combined with any other discount offer.  Some extremely large items will need to be shipped to a business address; this will be stated in the description of the item. If a business address is not available there is an additional $90.00 charge for residential delivery for these items (not our charge but the carriers).  Tracking will be provided when available. If special shipping arrangements are needed they made may be made by call us at 800 708 8896 or 757 717 9393.

 RETURNS 

We have a no hassle return policy. Simply call us at 800 708 8896 or email us at info@beachcreations.com and let us know that you will be returning the item or items purchased. Returns will only be accepted on new, unused, and unopened items bought within 30 days.  Please ship the items back to us via a traceable carrier like UPS or DHL with insurance if necessary. We will pay return shipping costs only when the wrong item was shipped to you.  Refunds will be processed with in two days by Paypal refund, Credit Card refund, or check for the price of the item. All items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the amount we paid to ship the item to you. If additional shipping is paid it will not be refunded unless the item was not delivered in the time frame agree upon.
